As a behavioral coach and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I bring over seven years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and life stages. My work is grounded in behavior science, guided by compassion, and informed by ongoing doctoral study in behavioral health at Arizona State University.

I offer two distinct services:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism and developmental needs, using play-based, evidence-informed strategies to support communication, behavior, and independence.
   
• Behavioral coaching and consultation for adults seeking support with stress, focus, emotional regulation, executive functioning, or life transitions. These services are non-clinical, forward-focused, and open to anyone—no diagnosis required.
   

I also hold certifications in brain health and stress management, which allow me to integrate wellness principles into my approach, whether I’m supporting families through ABA or individuals through coaching.
